1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) on October 1, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety. However, with respect to the damages for delay, the part of the damages for delay is dismissed only by the rate exceeding 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, according to the amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
