1. The Defendant’s KRW 92,30,230 and KRW 85,245,491 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from November 9, 2013 to October 20, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. All of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay shall be accepted, and the portion of claim with an amount exceeding 15% per annum from October 21, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, shall be dismissed. (See the amendment of the “Rules on Legal Rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings” amended, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
