1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 41,03,00 and KRW 22,500,00 among them, from November 10, 2004, KRW 18,533,00.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. All of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay is accepted. However, the part of the claim for damages for delay with the rate exceeding 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
