A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to be postponed from the date for payment of unpaid materials by C, the Defendant: (a) made documents under the name of a person whose name is similar to that of himself/herself, and (b) made it possible for him/her to do so as if he/she has a high-amount transaction between the company that operates the punishment or its punishment.

1. On January 21, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) written a “standard subcontract agreement for construction works” with the name of the representative of the E church construction site located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, namely, computer using computers; (b) “the owner F, original-level construction works; (c) steel reinforced concrete construction works; (d) the construction period from February 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018; (e) the supply price of KRW 8.71 billion; and (d) January 21, 2016 at the time of the contract; and (e) written a “(A)” seal attached to the name of H of the representative of the E church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the name of the representative of H; and (e) written a seal attached to the above FF contract with the representative of H’s name and affixed it to the above KRW 500,000,000.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant respectively stipulated a standard subcontract contract for construction works in the name of F (State), which is a private document on rights and obligations, and a contract for the transfer of shares in H’s name.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), exercised the standard subcontract agreement for a forged construction work, and the contract for the transfer of shares, respectively, to C who is aware of the forgery.
