1. Basic facts

A. On April 24, 2010, at around 07:56, Plaintiff A transferred to the Central University Hospital (hereinafter “Central University Hospital”) around 25:20 of the 25th day following the following day after Plaintiff A was hospitalized into the emergency room of D Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and received a diagnosis of acute cerebral cerebraloptye from the medical personnel and received hospitalized treatment. Plaintiff B is the husband of Plaintiff A.

As the medical staff at Defendant Hospital explained the Plaintiff E and the necessity of the Plaintiff’s ambling ambling ambling, the Plaintiff requested all of the Plaintiff to the university hospital. The Defendant hospital identified the university hospital from around 08:50 on April 25, 2010 on the same day, and transferred the Plaintiff A to a major hospital at around 12:20 on the same day.

In addition to these facts, the medical records prepared by the defendant hospital, while the plaintiff A is in the defendant hospital, the medical records of the defendant hospital and the medical records of the defendant hospital are as follows.

On April 24, 2010, from April 24, 2010 to May 16, 2010, 119 emergency rescue units have been subject to 160/90mHg of the original blood pressure in the emergency room of the Defendant hospital.
