1. The Defendant: KRW 375,900,007 to the Plaintiff A; KRW 10,000,000 to the Plaintiff B; and KRW 5,00,000 to the Plaintiff C and D, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned are those who undergo an operation at a hospital operated by the defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and the plaintiff B is the husband of the plaintiff, the plaintiff C, and the plaintiff D are children of the plaintiff.
B. (1) On July 2010, the result of the MFI test conducted by the E Hospital was found, and on August 4, 2010, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital for additional tests and treatment after receiving outpatient treatment from the Defendant Hospital. (2) At the time of hospitalization, the Plaintiff’s consciousness was clear, but the face sense was observed.
