1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 24, 2010, Plaintiff A was transferred to the Central University Hospital on April 25, 2010 (hereinafter “Central University Hospital”) around 12:20 on the following day after Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the emergency room of the D Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) through the 119 Emergency Motor Vehicles around 07:56, and was hospitalized after undergoing a diagnosis of acute brain flasing on the left-hand side from the medical personnel, and was transferred to the hospital at around 12:20 on April 25, 2010, the Plaintiff A was treated, but the Plaintiff was the husband of Plaintiff A, and the Plaintiff was the husband of Plaintiff B.
