1. On June 4, 2013, in collusion with B, the Defendant, despite the lack of intent or ability to sell cultural products, posted a letter on the selling of cultural products right on the Internet on the medium and high-ro car page at any of the PCs in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and made a false statement to the victim C, who reported the fact, and received money from the victim C to the post office (D) account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired the money by fraud.

2. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant conspireds with B, the fact that the name in Seoul does not have the intent or ability to sell cultural products is false on the Internet website, stating that “The name in Seoul is not known, 11%, 50,000 won and 59,000 won shall be remitted from the victim E to the Korea Exchange Bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant.”

3. On May 21, 2013, the Defendant conspired with B, despite having no intent and ability to sell a mobile phone, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim G who became aware of the fact through a mobile phone downloader who traded used goods at around 17:18, 2013; (b) received KRW 190,00 from the victim to the post office account under the name of the Defendant; and (c) received KRW 190,000 from the victim to the post office account under the name of the Defendant; and (d) received the victim by deceiving the victims by the same method during the period from around that time to June 16, 2013 in collusion with B, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
