Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) accompanied the D patrol car in front of the C cafeteria in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the district as a suspected charge of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; (b) was prevented from smoking tobacco from police officers E; (c) the Defendant committed assault, such as 2 and 3 times, by breathing the E-thropib and cutting off his bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of criminal reports.
