A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on October 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) asked questions about the slope D belonging to the Daegu Jung-gu Police Station C District District District of Daegu, which was called upon a 112 report, and tried to leave the C District voluntarily due to a bruptive suspicion; and (b) asked questions about the circumstances of the case by E; and (c) voluntarily drive the C District; and (d) asked to take a brutous bath with the large amount of “within the inside of the inside of the brug, a brut, a brut, a brut. A brut. A brut, a brut. A brut., a C District of Daegu-gu, the Defendant tried to go to F, the head of the C District-gu team, while taking the brut from G; and (d) tried to stop D again by hand; and (d) tried to use D’s chest by a brush, and followed once a bridge.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report processing.
