Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building 724 and 908, and operated an officetel in the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building 724 and 908, and recruited customers by advertising commercial sex acts in the Internet site D, E, etc., and employed women, such as F and G, as employees.

The Defendant, from January 10, 201 to February 18, 2014, received KRW 140,00 per capita from male customers who were found as B from the above male customers, and provided guidance to officetels in which the above female sexual traffic women are waiting, and made business of arranging sexual traffic by having male customers sexual intercourse with the above female sexual traffic.
