Defendant
A Imprisonment for 10 months, 1 year of imprisonment for Defendant B, 1 year of imprisonment for Defendant C and 6 months of imprisonment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From November 2015 to March 6, 2016, Defendant A and the Defendants agreed to have an agreement to operate an officetel 204, 612, 616, 617, and 924, called the “J” in the trade name of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Itel 204, 612, 616, 617, and 924, and, upon advertising commercial sex acts on the Internet website such as “K,” recruited a female sexual traffic such as “M”, “N”, and “O” through the Internet job offer site such as “L,” and had the said female and the said female sexual intercourse by guiding the customers waiting for commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 130,00 or KRW 250,00 from the male customer who found the said commercial sex acts.
As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
2. Defendant B
A. From February 2016 to March 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated an officetel entertainment business establishment in the name of “P” in the name of “P” from February 5, 2016 to March 5, 2016; (b) recruited female sexual traffic, such as Q, “S,” and “R,” through the Internet recruitment website such as “L,” etc.; and (c) recruited female sexual traffic such as “P” through the Internet recruitment website; and (d) reported the said commercial sex trade advertisement to the male customer who was waiting for the said female sexual traffic, leading the said female female to a room where he/she received KRW 150,00 to 290,000,000 from the male customer who reported the said commercial sex trade advertisement and was waiting for the said female sexual traffic.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
B. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant is investigating a suspected violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic at the living order S Team office of the Incheon National Police Agency located in the 1409 Dong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City around 00:12, and instead of Defendant’s personal information in order to conceal the fact that he/she was born to the Defendant in a separate theft case.
