1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A
A. As seen earlier from October 2016 to March 2017, the Defendant rendered a not-guilty verdict as to the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. from April 2017 to January 28, 2018. Therefore, the Defendant is guilty only of the charges committed from March 2017.
Until now, Q, who operates a commercial sex acts business establishment with the trade name of "H" in the Daegu Suwon-gu I building Jho Lake, K, L, M, N,O, P, under the condition to receive KRW 100,000 per day, provided that Q, who is recruited through the Internet site "R", waits for commercial sex acts women who are recruited through the Internet site "S", provides guidance to male customers recruited through the Internet site so that they are sexual intercourse with the above commercial sex acts, and receives 13-150,000 won per time from male customers as the price for commercial sex acts, and arrange commercial sex acts in collusion with Q.
B. From July 2017 to June 26, 2018, the Defendant operated an officetel U and the officetel J located in Daegu-gu T in the Daegu-gu T, and arranged commercial sex acts with the trade name of “W”, the Defendant waiting for a female engaged in commercial sex acts recruited through “R” on an Internet site, arranged male customers recruited through “X”, and received KRW 130,00 won per time from male customers as the price for commercial sex acts, and then arranged commercial sex acts with the trade name of KRW 40,00 as the method of arranging commercial sex acts.
2. From December 2017 to January 28, 2018, Defendant B was employed as a condition for receiving KRW 100,000 per day from Qu who operates a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of “H” in the Daegu Suwon-gu I building J, K, L, M, N, N,O, P, and P, and used as a condition for receiving KRW 100,000 per day, waiting for a commercial sex trade woman recruited through “R” on the Internet site, and directed male customers recruited through “S” on the Internet site to match with the said commercial sex trade woman.
