Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, at around 23:50 of Seocho-gu Seoul, the Defendant 21:27, as distributed in Seocho-gu in Seocho-gu, was under the influence of alcohol in front of the Seocho apartment site, and the police box B of Seoul Seocho Police Station B, who was called upon 112 reported, was shotfing the Defendant’s home, and the Defendant shotfing the said C’s body with his hand while taking a bath to the said C, and booming C’s body with his hand, and booming the face of the said C.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials in relation to 112 reporting processing duties.
