A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A social work personnel member shall not leave his post or not serve in the field concerned for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, around March 4, 2013, the Defendant left the service without justifiable grounds from March 17, 2014 to March 21, 2014; from March 24, 2014 to March 25, 2014; and from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2014, the Defendant left the service without justifiable grounds.

As a result, the defendant left his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
