A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not attend the second operation place of the Busan Traffic Corporation for four days from July 3, 2012 to July 6, 2012, and the second operation place of the Busan Traffic Corporation for four days from July 9, 2012 to July 12, 2012.

As a result, the defendant left his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
