1. The plaintiff's action against the primary defendant B shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant C Federation is an organization established to promote the protection of rights and interests of the D Rental Business Operators in the Hongcheon-gun area, and the Plaintiff is elected as the president of the Defendant C Federation on December 16, 2015.

Article 12 (Executives) The Federation shall elect the following officers:

1. Qualifications for executives: Members of learning experience shall take precedence;

(1) Executives of a federation: There shall be one chairperson, one auditor, one chief vice-chairperson, and six directors of each bureau.

(2) Executive officers by type: There shall be one chairperson and two postmasters.

(4) The representative system of the military federation shall consist of nine representatives, nine officers, and twenty-one senior executives, who are officers of the organization which is able to be established under the system of the military federation.

Meetings of the Maritime Federation of Korea shall be decided by a majority and a supporting vote after attending 1/2 of the representatives.

Article 15 (Terms of Office for Officers)

1. The term of office of the chairperson of the Federation shall be two years, and he may be reappointed only once;

2. The term of office of officers shall be two years, and they may be reappointed;

3. Where an executive officer after the end of his/her term of office is not elected, he/she shall appoint a person selected as a representative by a resolution of the representative to conduct affairs on his/her behalf;

Article 17 (Recruitment of General Meeting)

1. A general meeting shall be divided into a regular general meeting and a Si/Gun representative meeting;

2. A general meeting shall be held for one month regularly, and the meetings of military representatives may be held at any time on the agenda item; and

5. All members shall attend the ordinary general meeting;

Article 18 (Matters to be Resolved by General Meeting)

1. The Federation shall be comprised of a chairperson, an auditor, a vice-chairperson, and a postmaster;

2.The Federation shall be convened by the Chairman:

(1) If deemed necessary, the chairperson of the federation shall contact the convocation of the federation two to three days.

(2) The Federation shall be established with the attendance of a majority of registered members, and pass resolutions with the concurrent vote of a majority.

Article 20 (Matters to be Resolved by Federation)
