A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
. A passenger car was issued above amounting to 59 million won at the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B.

1. The Defendant, along with F and B, conspired to prepare and use a false lease agreement for the purpose of obtaining a loan.
On January 3, 2015, the Defendant requested F to receive 50,000 won loans from F police officers at early 2015, and requested F to do so with the intention of making a lease contract necessary for the registration of the business operator and the change of the name of the business license, F entered “Seoul Gangnam-gu 2 floor,” “O million won,” “O million won, and in the deposit column,” “O million won is paid to the transferor upon entering into the contract in the contract,” and “O million won is paid at the 30th of each month,” and “O million won is paid at the 30th of each month,” and the lessor’s domicile in the column of the lessor’s domicile, entered “Seoul-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 710*10-2** *”, “I” in the phone number column, “J” in the name of J, and affixed his seal to K voluntarily after signing the contract.

3. Larceny;
A. From around 20:00 on August 28, 2016 to around 06:00 on the following day, the Defendant was parked in the parking lot for the first apartment 105 Dong-dong 105-dong Yasan-si, Yasan-si, Yasan-si, Jeollabuk-do, for the first time, from around 20:00 to around 06:00.
