The defendant is the driver of the cargo vehicle C.

At around 17:00 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 50 meters from the front day of the Yanyang-gun located in the Yanyang-gun of the Yyangyang-gun, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol by 0.154% of blood alcohol concentration.
