1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Defendant’s creation of a tourist destination 1) A tourist destination with public accommodation, commercial, sports, entertainment facilities, etc. on the ground of 149,665 square meters in Jeonbuk-do, Jeonbuk-do (hereinafter “instant tourist destination”).

Among them, the commercial facilities were planned to be 25 square meters of the initial total floor area, which is 7,660 square meters and 25 square meters of the ground floor. In consideration of the characteristics of the tourist destination of this case, the Defendant primarily placed a restaurant, local products sales store, shop store, etc. in the center of the road according to the road.
