A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 5, 2012, the Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced 2 years and 3 months of the suspension of execution to imprisonment with labor for violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2013.
Notwithstanding the absence of a license to handle narcotics, the Defendant, along with C who operates a disguised marriage broker in Vietnam at the Vietnam-si, ordered the Defendant to import narcotics such as Mespacters (tentatively named “E”), or IMM in disguised international baggage, into Korea. On October 22, 2011, C sent the Defendant an entry into the Republic of Korea using a Mespopon as a package of approximately 3.4g and 10 popon, in total, from his own residence located in the said Haspon-si D, and sent the Defendant an entry into the Republic of Korea using a Mespopon (tentatively named “E”), and then sent the Defendant an entry into the Republic of Korea using a Mespopon (tentatively named “E”). At that time, C instructed the Defendant to use a Mespopon as a Mespopon, and then sent the Defendant an entry into the Republic of Korea using a Mespopon (tentatively named “10 popon”).
Then, around October 24, 2011, C instructed the Defendant to “E” (E) to read “E to the address of F, by satising the phonephone and X-gu, and hiding it in the clothes,” and around that time, F read “F will take off the phone to be sent in the four future.54g.”
On October 24, 2011, the Defendant concealed approximately 3.4g and about 10 popon flocks and about 10 popon flocks, packed in the trademark attached to the above copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon ccopon c.4g and 10 popon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon e in English and sent to E as seen.
