Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On or around March 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) was fluenced in a vinyl with about 2g and approximately 10g of the psychotropic drugs purchased from large numbers of large numbers of persons in his/her name, and stored in the pande and the EX (hereinafter referred to as “explcer”; hereinafter referred to as “explcers”); (c) was sealed in a vinyl with about 10g of the psychotropic drugs purchased from large numbers of persons in his/her name and concealed them into the pande and imported the rophone and the X master in a way of entering the port of Kimpo on March 18, 2015; and (d) the list of crimes in annexed Form between June 20, 2013 and July 7, 2016.

A. The Defendant, around August 2015, posted approximately 0.03g of philopon to F in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Apartment 101 Dong 505 (F).

B. On January 2016, the Defendant sent approximately 0.02 g opon to F in front of H hospital in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

At around 01:00 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of opon into the copon intake tool in a vehicle parked in the restaurant parking lot of Gangnam-gu Seoul IJ; and (b) administered copon in a way of accelerating the smoke generated by heating the copon; and (c) during the period from February 4, 2016 to July 5, 2016, the list of crimes in attached Form.

2.In the same manner as the description, philophones have been administered four times.

4. 필로폰, JWH-018 및 그 유사체 등 소지 피고인은 2016. 7. 7. 19:25경 서울 용산구 E아파트 101동 505호 피고인의 주거지에서 필로폰 약 0.52g, JWH-018 및 그 유사체 약 0.68g, 파라메톡시암페타민, 에칠론 및 4-플루오로암페타민 13.5정, 5-메오-밉트 3정을 보관하고, 같은 날 22:02경 서울 강서구 김포공항 주차장에 주차되어 있던 피고인 운행의 K 아우디 차량 안에 5-메오-밉트 3정, 에칠론 등을 보관하는 방법으로...
