A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

3,415,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 26, 2009, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around January 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (narcotics) issued and received approximately 0.5 g of DNA lin (Hro; hereinafter “Hroin”) on the Defendant’s car parked in a parking lot front of the C Office at Sinung-si, a car, to D without compensation, which is contained in plastic plastic bags (hereinafter “Hro”).

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 23:00 on the 24th of the same month, the Defendant administered a meconopopon, which contains a psychotropic drug in the E-house located in Vietnam. Around 23:00, the Defendant administered a meconopon, which is a psychotropic drug.

B. Around 11:00 on the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant administered Maitius X-si with water after having been issued two psychotropic drugs from F in IMs (one name X-si; hereinafter “X-si”) in F F’s car parked on the Vietnamn city, Vietnamn city on the 25th day of the same month.

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant issued KRW 900,000 to Vietnam, and purchased psychotropic drugs X-si 30,00 psychotropic drugs, within the Defendant’s car parked in the street near the G Station in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and around 19:00.

2. Points of the sale of X-type posters;

A. At around 19:00 on the first day of the same month, the Defendant sold 100,000 won out of the X posters purchased from H, as above, to Vietnam, within the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the front day of the I Middle School at Sinri-si, Seoul.

B. The Defendant’s vehicle parked in the front of the I Middle School in the middle of the same month at around 19:00 on the first day of the same month, during the X-gu which was purchased by J as above.
