Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the actual operator of E (E) for the purpose of steel distribution business, etc. located in Busan Sho-gu D (hereinafter “E”).

A. Around May 20, 2008, the Defendant altered a private document by requiring an employee who is unable to know his/her name without authority for the purpose of uttering to delete “CUSTOMER” from a customer’s certificate (certificate number F) under the name of the special class of the Republic of Korea (CUSUSTOMER) by using the modified amount, and copying it and altering one copy of an inspection certificate under the name of the Korean special class of the special class of the Republic of Korea (State), which is a private document on the proof of fact, from May 20, 2008 to July 15, 2008, and altering three copies of the inspection certificate under the name of the special class of the Republic of Korea (State) under the above method, which is a private document on the proof of fact from May 20 to July 20, 2008.

B. On May 22, 2008, the Defendant exercised a certificate of inspection issued under the name of the Korean special type river (ju) in the name of the Republic of Korea, which is a private document on the proof of the alteration as described in paragraph (a), from May 22, 2008 to July 15, 2008, to an employee who is not aware of the names of two industries (ju) in the Department of the Acceptance of Nuclear Products in the Mountain Heavy Industries (U.S.) in the Changwon-si Department of Nuclear Energy (U.S.) and to an employee who is not aware of the fact that the alteration was made in such a manner three times as described in attached Table (1).

On May 22, 2008, the Defendant supplied the Hannanel to a staff who could not know the name of the victim two industries (main owners) at the department of acceptance of nuclear products from the above victim two industries (main owners) and submitted a certificate of inspection on the materials of the above product.

However, the above certificate of inspection was modified as described above (A).
