Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months of imprisonment with prison labor on January 23, 2017 on the grounds of the charge of forging official documents, etc. at the Suwon Friwon, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2017 and is still under the suspended sentence period.

[2] The defendant is an insurance solicitor of the branch office D in the Modern Commercial Reinsurance Co., Ltd. in Osan City.

The Defendant modified the contents of hospitalization discharge certificates, diagnosis certificates, etc. issued to the Defendant when claiming insurance money to the Defendant by modifying them to personal information, such as the Defendant’s wife, the Defendant’s relative and friendship, etc. using a computer graphic program, with the intent to claim insurance money in the name of the Defendant and receive the payment in the name of the Defendant.

1. Around June 2016, the Defendant: (a) without authority to use a computer graphic program for the purpose of uttering at a branch office D Co., Ltd. of the foregoing Hyundai Sea; (b) entered the number of issuance, registration number, resident registration number, name, date of hospitalization and date of issuance, and date of issuance of a certificate of hospitalization under the name of the head of the Aju University Hospital, issued by E to the Defendant; (c) stated in the issuance number column “201608-137”; (d) in the registration number column “F”, “G”, “H” in the name of “H”; (d) on the date of hospitalization on July 20, 2016; (e) on the date of release, “1 copy of the relevant medical document in the name of each hospital, 2016,” and “1 copy of the relevant medical document in the name of each hospital, 1.27th day of issuance; and (e) on the date of issuance, one copy of the relevant medical document in the name of each hospital.
