1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 201, the Plaintiff was the owner and lessor of the Overseas Building F of the building E in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “instant subparagraph”) and the same building G G of the same building (hereinafter “instant G”), both the said subparagraph and the said subparagraph together.
B. On June 21, 201, the Plaintiff leased the instant subparagraph F to Defendant B as KRW 40 million, KRW 1730,000 per month, KRW 1730,000 per month, the lease period from July 18, 201, KRW 60 million, KRW 2770,000 per month, and the lease period from July 18, 201, respectively.
C. On July 30, 2013, Defendant C and Defendant D drafted to the Plaintiff a letter of commitment to full payment by the end of August that each of the instant stores was in arrears (hereinafter “instant letter”). Defendant B and Defendant C drafted a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant extension agreement”) with the Plaintiff on the same day, which extends the period from July 18, 2013 to July 18, 2014, with the content of the initial lease agreement as to each of the instant stores.
In each other, H is the trade name of the company operated by Defendant B at each of the instant stores.

Meanwhile, on January 16, 2014, the Suwon District Court rendered a decision to commence an auction of real estate rent on each of the instant stores, etc., and on November 3, 2014, on each of the instant stores, the registration of ownership transfer was made to Defendant D on the ground of voluntary auction.

2. Judgment as to the main claim
A. Defendant D, along with Defendant B and Defendant C, is also a party to the instant extension contract. The Defendants raised objection from July 2, 2014 to November 2, 2014.
