1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff KRW 79,530,00 and KRW 79,200,00,000, respectively, shall be from November 3, 2014 to 330.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 21, 201, the Plaintiff engaged in real estate leasing business under the trade name “E”: (a) leased Defendant B, the amount of KRW 40 million, monthly rent of KRW 1730,000 (payment on the last day of each month); (b) the period of lease from July 18, 2011 to KRW 24 months; (c) the amount of KRW 102 under the ground of the same building (hereinafter “instant commercial building 102”), KRW 60,77,000 (payment on the last day of each month); and (d) the period of lease from July 18, 201 to July 18, 201; and (e) the period of lease from July 18, 201 to July 24, 2011 (hereinafter “instant first lease”); and (e) both Defendant B received security deposit from each of the instant commercial buildings to each of the instant Defendants B and B from each of the instant parties.
B. On October 28, 201, Defendant B completed the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon with the term of 40 million won as to the instant shopping mall 101 as of October 28, 201, up to July 17, 2013, and the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon with the term of 60 million won as to the instant shopping mall 102 as of the deposit money, and the term of 60 million won as of July 17, 2013, respectively.
C. On July 30, 2013, Defendant C and D promised the Plaintiff to pay in full the instant commercial building 101 and 102 by the end of August of the same year, and prepared a letter (hereinafter “each of the instant letters”). Defendant B and C prepared a written lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on the same day with respect to subparagraphs 101 and 102 of the instant commercial building as the instant initial lease agreement, and the period was extended from July 18, 2013 to July 17, 2014 (hereinafter “instant extension agreement”).

On the other hand, on January 16, 2014 with regard to the instant commercial building 101 and 102, there was a decision to commence the sale of real estate as Suwon District Court's Sung-nam Branch G, and on March 11, 201 with respect to the instant commercial building 101 and 102, respectively.
