Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates "D" as a commercial sex acts business establishment by leasing three officetels, such as B, A, B, B, B, B, B, 1301, Seoul Gwangjin-gu, C, and 1301.

1. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 150,00 as the price for sexual traffic from the building B in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) from E, a customer under subparagraph 1001 of the same Article; and (c) mediates sexual traffic by engaging in sexual intercourse with F, a female sexual traffic; and

2. On May 23, 2017, around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1.50,00 from the building B in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) G, which is a customer, with the price for sexual traffic; and (c) assisted sexual traffic by having H and sexual intercourse, which is a female sexual traffic.
