A defendant shall be punished by a fine of six million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2019, at around 15:10, the Defendant reported 112, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, that he was “frighting to drink” and solicited D to return home from the police officer D belonging to the Songpa Police Station C District, who was called up, and took a bath to D, and assaulted her chest once a drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
