Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 3.5 million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2019, at around 17:10, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by the Defendant, on two occasions, at the mix 112-ro 18, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, 2019, on the ground floor, that the person was in possession of a person on the ground floor, and reported on the 112-day mix C belonging to the Song Police Station B District called up, the Defendant dumped the suspect, such as “Isk for spati, Isk for a police officer,” and assaulted the suspect at two times

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers.
