A defendant shall be punished by a fine of six million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on June 15, 2019, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) 112 reporting fighting at the front of the C store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) reporting 112; (c) reporting the position of the D District Unit in the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D Zone E; and (d) requesting a police officer to make a statement on the case; (b) reporting the F’s shoulder by hand; and (c) reporting the F’s body by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
