1. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant’s disposition against the Plaintiff on February 27, 2018, i.e., non-conformity of the requirements for persons eligible for veteran’s compensation.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On February 15, 2016, the Plaintiff entered the Marine Corps, but was discharged from military service under the name of “large-scale without blood salone and stressed so on” on September 30, 2016.

B. On November 7, 2016, the Plaintiff rendered an application for registration to the Defendant on the ground that he/she was suffering from the wounds of “mane, knee, and kneat in both sides” due to the training while in the military service (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s filing of application”).

In relation to the Plaintiff on February 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) did not verify the record that the Plaintiff suffered an injury due to a special external wound that may cause acute injury in the case of a deceased typosis on either side, etc., which is confirmed at the beds, etc.; (b) there is no objective evidence that the Plaintiff conducted excessive performance of military duties or education and training beyond the scope of normal performance of military duties; and (c) there is no record showing that the Plaintiff suffered an injury due to a special external wound that may cause the injury. In the case of “mane, kne, and felitis,” there is no proof that the record that the Plaintiff suffered an injury due to a special external wound that may cause the injury. As a person eligible for veteran’s compensation was presented a medical opinion that the upper body of the Republic of Korea was dead due to blood circulation disorder, and that the soaritis was naturally recovered after the lapse of time, and thus, it is difficult to recognize that the Plaintiff’s application or assistance of persons of distinguished services to the State was directly related to the Plaintiff’s legal or educational assistance.
