Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A conspired to receive agreement, etc. from an insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident with L, M, and, around 16:50 on June 27, 2009, Defendant A she got through a shower vehicle driven by M in the vicinity of the white bridge in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, with L, and received the left part of the said shower vehicle with the right part of the said shower vehicle.
The Defendant, in the course of being hospitalized for the reason of traffic accident in L, M, and immediately after that, “the Defendant would cause physical injury and damage to the victim’s Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. due to traffic accident” and “the payment of medical expenses, agreed fees, repair expenses, etc. is changed.” On July 2, 2009, the Defendant claimed insurance money around July 2, 2009, and the Defendant received KRW 1,300,000 from the damaged company as stated in attached Table 1, such as receiving KRW 6,914,630 from the damaged company as medical expenses around July 6, 2009.
In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with L, M, B, C, F, etc., received KRW 61,56,100,00 from that time, by deceiving the victimized company from that time until January 27, 2014, in total nine times, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List.
2. Defendant B conspired to receive agreements, etc. from an insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident with A, L, Q, and R. On November 25, 2010, the Defendant discovered that, at the front of the port box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, U.S., U.S. Motor Vehicle A, Q, and R, while driving on the back of the port box, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the U.S. Motor Vehicle A, L, Q, and R was changed to the line; and (b) received the front part of the right side of the said EF or other motor vehicle that the Defendant driven.
The defendant is forced to be hospitalized for the reason of a traffic accident with A, etc., and is in charge of the victim's Dong fire insurance.
