Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with B, C, and D, conspiredd to obtain insurance proceeds from an insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident.

B A around 02:10 on August 19, 2008, while driving a Elbr vehicle on the road in front of the south long distance of the Tropic of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, the Defendant intentionally driven the Elbr vehicle on the front bank, and received the F Slbr vehicle accompanied by D, etc.

Around August 22, 2008, Defendant, D, and C received KRW 1,153,740, each of the Defendant, D, and C received KRW 1,162,840 from the Defendant, D, and C received KRW 1,50,00,00 from the Defendant, C, and D on the ground of the above intentional traffic accident (Provided, That C received insurance money in the name of G), and B received KRW 1,50,000 from the Defendant, C, and D.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the property of the victim in collusion with B, D, and C.

2.(a)

On November 7, 2005, the Defendant was driving by C in the atmosphere of the IBT 2 vehicles driven by H on the roads near the Dongdong-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, and caused a traffic accident involving the Defendant and J-dong Firp vehicles.

Defendant, J, and C were hospitalized in K for two days even though they were not specifically different due to the above traffic accident, and the Defendant was given KRW 1,486,620 on November 9, 2005 by the victim Matz company as agreed money.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the property of the victim in collusion with C and J.

B. The Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident with C, L, and M, and subscribed to receive insurance proceeds from an insurance company.

At around 02:40 on April 2, 2006, the Defendant intentionally driven L on the front bank while driving Frpps vehicles on the roads near the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Search Apartment Complex, and received N and M O M Ma vehicles.

Based on the above intentional traffic accidents, Defendant L, N, and M are 2,390,610 won from the victim Matz fire on April 6, 2006, N 1,313,180 won, M 1,313,180 won, and Defendant on April 27, 2006.
