A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of one year and eight months.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time building thief and theft;

A. On January 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in a parking lot located behind the building, Seosan-si, E, and cut off one credit card member of the victim, who is the victim’s owner (KB), and cut off one copy of the credit card.

B. Around 03:00 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the H building parking lot at Seosan-si, Seosan-si; and (b) cut off the cash of KRW 500,000,000 owned by the victim.

C. At around 03:30 on February 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the studio parking lot located in Western-si, Seosan-si without a sett for the victim J-J-owned car; and (b) stolen the Nong C&C card and one new physical card that is owned by the victim.

On March 27, 2015, the Defendant invadedd with the window of the O architect office located N in Seosan-si, Seosan-si on March 27, 2015, and stolen it with one million won of the market value of the victim M.

E. Around 04:00 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window that was not corrected in Q cafeteria located in Seosan-si P; and (b) stolen the Victim C’s cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000, and KRW 880,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

F. At around 04:30 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the frontway of Seosan-si, Seosan-si, which was owned by the victim R; and (b) stolen one modern credit card owned by the victim.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 24, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime of using credit cards in the name of D, at the V convenience store in Seosan U, U.S. operated by the victims’ names.
