Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2019 Highest 88" committed a theft of money and valuables in order to raise living expenses by going to a police officer on November 2018.
1. On November 19, 2018, around 03:43, 2018, the Defendant found the victim D, who was parked in C in the front of the Busan City: (a) on November 19, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened a door of the said vehicle without a lock-base; (c) cut off one e-phone 71; (d) the Plaintiff’s 869,000 won at the market price of the said vehicle; and (e) one e-phone 6S at the 869,000 won at the market price of the vehicle; and (e) one galone at the 70,000 won at the market price of the 70,000 won at the galone price of the 869,00 won at the market price.
2. Crimes on November 25, 2018;
A. At around 01:00 on Nov. 25, 2018, the Defendant discovered a H-hand car, which is the victim G, parked in the Fudio parking lot in the Busan Sindong-gu, Busan. On Nov. 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked vehicle door; and (b) cut off one half-day one, which is the agricultural CFC card in the vehicle and KRW 50,000 in the market value.
B. On November 25, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) at the convenience store operated by the victim J of the victim J in Busan City on November 25, 2018; and (b) as if having completed the stolen No.C. card as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (a), paid to the convenience store employees the sum of KRW 10,200,000, totaling of KRW 4,300, 100, by deceiving the said employees to obtain pecuniary benefits; and (c) using the stolen credit card.
3. On December 6, 2018, around 21:45, 2018, the Defendant discovered an OK3 car, which is the victim N, parked in the front parking lot of the Busan Sindong L apartment Mdong, and stolen a number of 10,000 won, Samsung Credit Card Co., Ltd., 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 70,000 won, in cash located in the car without a lock-in, and 1,000 won in the city.
4. The Defendant committed the crime on December 18, 2018 Q. Around 04:00 on December 18, 2018, the victim Q.
