A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:50 on May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the victim D(C)’s behavior in front of the following restaurant “C” in the following city B; (b) was taken by a person who knows the Defendant’s behavior; (c) caused the loss of the victim and the horse dispute with the victim, and (d) was inflicted an injury, such as the victim’s face and the part of the treatment in front of the following restaurant: (a) the victim expressed the victim’s desire to have his/her face and the part of the treatment, and caused the victim to escape from the part of the alcohol for which the number of days of treatment could not be known.
