Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant, in response to the assault of the victim C (56 tax) at around 105, 408, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s face at around 1 and 2 times.
