The crime No. 1 and No. 2 of the List of Offenses in the case No. 2015 [Ba2734] and the case No. 2015 [1] and No. 3072].

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on August 12, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.

On August 27, 2013, the Defendant posted an article stating that “I will sell galthot 2 chemical thalthot on the bulletin board of the Internet Niberian website” at a non-place on August 27, 2013, and falsely read “I will send a mobile phone if I will send 4.20,000 won to Nonghyup (E) account.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the above mobile phone even if he receives goods from the victim because he did not possess the above mobile phone.

The Defendant received KRW 420,00 from the victim to the above account in the name of the Defendant on the same day and received KRW 12,547,500 in total from 18 victims through the above method as shown in the annexed Crime List (1) from around that time to May 6, 2015.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 3072" had no intention or ability to sell the goods even if he receives the prices of the goods from other persons.

1. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “If 300,000 won are sent, 500,000 won will be sold to 1998, 500 Korean Won will be sold to NAV in a non-place on the Internet, and reported it to the victim F, who made contact, made a false statement to the same effect.

The Defendant received 300,000 won from the victim’s prior bank account in the name of the Defendant.

2. On September 25, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “If 50,000 won are sent, she will sell one 4(portablephone)” on the Internet NAV Kabuf, and made a false statement to the same effect to the victim H who reported and contacted.

The defendant is the former North Korean bank in the name of the victim.
