1. On June 12, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will sell 160,000 won or more” on the Internet Nene “IER’s website,” and that “I will send 20,000 won or more if I will send 20,000 won or more if I would send 20,000 won or more” on the same day from the victim’s account in the name of AU on the same day.

2. On August 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I wish to sell 1.60,000 won,” on the Internet Nene’s website, “I will sell 1.60,000 won,” and acquired it by transfer from the victim AX to the KB bank account in Q Q’s name on the same day.

[2015 Highest 3760] On July 29, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I will or will not have the ability to send the goods even if he/she is paid the goods,” and that “I will deliver the goods to I Y by door, if I first remitted the money to the victim AY who made the contact with the Internet NAV’s website,” and received KRW 145,000 from the victim to the account used by the Defendant as the price for the goods, and received KRW 675,000 in total four times from the date of the crime list from August 7, 2015.”
