1. On May 6, 2015, the defrauded sent a text message to the effect that “the Defendant purchases a Ramonmons straw,” posted by the victim C, at the Internet NAVER website around 18:00, and that “the Defendant would sell the Ramonmons straw, for KRW 4.20,000 won” to the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not carry the above goods and did not intend to sell the goods even after receiving the price of the goods, but did not have any intention or ability to sell such new goods.
