A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to engage in petroleum sales business shall register with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayors, Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayors, Do Governors, Special Self-Governing Province branches or the heads of Sis/Guns/Gus.

Nevertheless, on March 2017, the Defendants had the mind to sell dump truck drivers without registering petroleum sales business with E and F, and Defendant A leased a storage tank to keep dump truck drivers, and prepared two dump truck drivers in G and H tank tank. Defendant B notified the contact details of a dump truck driver who wants to purchase dump truck drivers in compliance with Defendant A’s instructions, and notified the E and F of the details of the sales to the Defendant, or prohibited sales proceeds, and E and F provided dump truck drivers in the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Industrial Complex using two dump truck drivers in the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Industrial Complex using two lump trucks.

According to the division of roles as above, the Defendants sold 25,982 liter 25,982 dump truck drivers per liter from that time to May 17, 2017, without registering the petroleum sales business with E, from March 14, 2017 to June 16, 201, to an unspecified number of drivers of dump truck equivalent to 800 won per liter, including selling 25,982 dump truck drivers supplied by I in the first industrial complex of the said chemical complex from that time. In addition, from that time to May 17, 2017, the Defendants sold 41,743 dump truck drivers total amount of 329,394,40 won in total.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with E and F to engage in petroleum sales business without being registered.
