Punishment of the crime

However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the goods even if he receives money from the injured party because he did not have the above.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from September 9, 2016 to November 3, 2016, received KRW 500,000 from the injured party on the same day as the price, from an enterprise bank (Y) account in his name.
