A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two and a half years, and by imprisonment for a period of two years.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 1, 2009, Defendant A sentenced the Busan High Court to six years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on December 4, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

On April 6, 2015, at around 11:58, the Defendants: (a) entered the victim E house in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by inserting two lock-gu openings in the entrance of the victim; (b) reported the network by Defendant A; and (c) Defendant B collected KRW 20,000 in cash, which was the victim’s possession in the inside of the embankment, and 20,000 in cash, which was prepared by the victim E.

From that time until May 13, 2015, the Defendants jointly intruded on the victims’ residence at least six times, such as the list of crimes (seven pages) in attached Form No. 13, and committed attempted crimes as there was no property to steal or steal the victims’ property.

『2015고단2838』 피고인들은 2015. 3. 15. 14:00경 서울 은평구 F 상가건물 4층에 있는 피해자 G의 집에 이르러 미리 준비한 일자 드라이버 2개를 출입문 틈으로 넣어 잠금장치를 부수고 피해자의 집 안으로 들어간 후, 노루발못뽑이(속칭 ‘빠루’) 2개를 이용하여 안방에 있던 철제 금고를 뜯고 그 안에 들어 있던 피해자 소유인 시가 합계 2,000만 원 상당의 롤렉스 시계 2개, 시가 합계 2,000만 원 상당의 다이아반지 1개, 귀걸이 3개, 목걸이 세트 5개, 시가 250만 원 상당의 진주 목걸이 1개, 진주반지 1개, 진주귀걸이 1세트, 시가 200만 원 상당의 금덩어리 1개, 시가 100만 원 상당의 은수저 세트 2개, 시가를 알 수 없는 가방 1개, 예금통장 7개, 힐튼호텔 무료이용권 1장, 힐튼호텔 카드 1장, 운전면허증 1장 등 시가 합계 4,550만 원 상당의 재물을 꺼내어 갔다.
