A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the “E” restaurant for the victim D’s D operation located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul on May 23, 2017; (b) the Defendant’s mother was unable to work at the said restaurant and receive daily allowances.

It was lurged by using an automatic door for access to the above restaurant, and collected bicycles and sand from the victim to the automatic door for access to the restaurant, and damaged the above restaurant entrance and the bicycle in total amounting to 494,000 won.
