A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court on May 25, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on August 5, 2016.

[2] On October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, the victim D (Woo, 54 years of age) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (c) provided that, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant: (d) provided a smoke in the said restaurant; and (d) provided a bath for the victim; and (d) provided a disturbance for about 4 hours and 20 minutes of time to the customers who were seated in the cafeteria; and (e) provided a drink in the said restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

On May 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Daegu District Court on May 25, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on August 5, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 2, 2017, from around 21:00 to 23:40, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force, such as: (a) the victim’s “(s)” in the Daegu Seogu-gu-gu-gu-gu-gu-based-based-based-based-based-based-based-type-based-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-type-based-based-type-based-type-based-type-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-type-based-based-based-based-type-based-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-based-type-based-type-based-based-based-type

2. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, as described in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph at around 23:45, the Defendant scam in the restaurant, and “the Defendant scam with the restaurant customers.”

“A person who received a 112 report and received a recommendation to return home from J after the 112 Police Station I police box called out.

As above, Defendant 1: (a) obstructed the patrol vehicle of J Driving to the above patroler who intends to attract the Defendant to return home and return home to the Defendant; and (b) cut down the said vehicle either immediately above the Ethm.
