A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on August 6, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.

1. Around March 14, 2013, the Defendant attempted to go through a call from Q Co., Ltd., the representative of Q Co., Ltd., on two occasions, with respect to the construction of Q Co., Ltd. in Q Co., Ltd., and the sale of land in Q Co., Ltd., which is in progress in Q Co., Ltd., with a view to gathering money from the victims using the fact that there was a preferential reporting from various media during the period of time in connection with the construction of the building site in Q Co., Ltd., the Defendant was the head of the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Joseon City., the Defendant had the Q Co., Ltd., U., Ltd., in relation to the construction of the T Co., Ltd., reported on the preferential treatment of the selling price of the State-owned land at the next T Co., Ltd., and had the head of the Gu and the head of the Gu, a public official in charge of Busan Co., Ltd., Ltd., to gather money from the victims on 10th May 20, 2013.

The Defendant, as such, attempted to attack the victim R and receive KRW 3 million from the frighten victim, but the victim failed to comply with such order, thereby having attempted to commit such act.

2. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant introduced the victim Y, who is a public official in charge of the headquarters X team located in Busan, Daegu, Daegu, Busan, as the head of the Korea Shipping Department U.S., and “T business is under the name of 20,000 residents during that period.”
