Punishment of the crime
[Korean Power Generation District Development Project]
1. The project for the development of the K K Electricity generation district (hereinafter “instant project”) is a project that sets up eight electric power generation period of approximately KRW 10 billion per year and sells electricity of at least KRW 8.6 billion per year from March 2014 to February 2016 by leasing approximately 20 years from the instant association, including Jeju-si M, which is owned by L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “L”) by J Joint Stock farm Association (hereinafter “instant association”).
2. On February 1, 2011, the instant project was conducted by around the first three companies, including P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”) and P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”), entering into a business agreement with the instant association; around July 201, three companies, including P, Q Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”), and R Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “R”), jointly promoting the instant project; on October 14, 201, four companies, including the said three companies and S Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”) jointly promoting the instant project; and the instant business and the instant association subscribed to designate the instant site for the instant project to the Jeju-do Agency on December 12, 2011.
In the meantime, around February 2013, S amended a letter of understanding to the effect that the instant business operator had overall authority over authorization, permission, design, purchase, construction, etc. of the instant business with respect to the instant business, and was designated by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province around March 2013 as a K-power generation business zone with respect to the instant business site.
Since around April 2013, S is a S and local enterprise in order to smoothly proceed with the procedures for authorization, permission, etc. of the instant project and to promote the instant project under the lead of S.
