A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

One diveter (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fire prevention of a suspender building;

A. On February 23, 2016, at around 21:40, the Defendant: (a) and his family members located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, (b) came into a house used for residential purpose; (c) discovered any disuse and solid goods collected by the victim from selling them on the water on the water, and, without any justifiable reason, made the victim throw away the above abolition and solid goods out by putting them out; and (d) destroyed the windows by placing them out by placing them on the water, such as clothes, shoes, shoes, frys, and air conditioners, which were located in the house up until the small bank of the mix length.

A. As such, the Defendant attempted to destroy a structure used by a person as a residence by setting fire, but failed to commit such crime.

B. On March 12, 2016, the Defendant is in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government I around 23:30.
