A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of November 26, 2015, when the Defendant was in conflict with D, who is the relatives of the victim C, who is a neighboring resident, went to his/her own examination room in Pyeongtaek Dong-dong; (b) the victim thought that there was a good question that he/she would have experienced it; and (c) the victim had a good answer to his/her entrance, and had the victim flick his/her residence.

At around 22:30 on November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) attached a fire in the cremation site using a racker, which was previously possessed by the boiler room located in the front of the boiler installed therein; (b) went away from the site after leaving the said site by putting the racker, leaving the racker in front of the boiler installed therein; (c) however, the Defendant attempted to take the racker of the victim, who was in the inside the said residence, with the boiler room, and extinguishing the fire attached to the racker by hand.

Thus, although the defendant tried to destroy a structure used as a residence by setting fire, he did not bring about such intent and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant re-to visit the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 00:30 on November 27, 2015, and discovered the fact that the fire attached to the cremation was cut out, and again re-to put the victim C’s residence.

The Defendant left the scene after putting fire in the place of cremation using a racker who was in possession of the Defendant, putting him in front of the boiler installed at that place and putting him out to the front of the boiler, and then leaving the site. However, the Defendant attempted to snicke tap water from the snicker who was in the boundary of the above residence, with the snicker who was in charge of smelling the snicker and snicker who was on the snick with the boiler room.

Thus, although the defendant tried to destroy a structure used as a residence by setting fire, he did not bring about such intent and did not commit an attempted crime.
